# Reading survey answers (/en/businesses/marketing/surveys/results)

Answers show as they arrive. The survey's **Results** tab sums them up per question, **Responses** lists each answer, and the event, course group and customer the answers are about show them too.

---

## The survey list [#the-survey-list]

The **Surveys** page counts your open surveys, the responses in the last 30 days, the share of invitations that got an answer, and the **Low scores**: answers from 0 to 6 to a would-you-recommend question. Each survey shows its response count and its main score.

---

## Results per question [#results-per-question]

**Results** starts with the responses and the response rate, the share of invited customers who answered. Under them, each question shows its answers:

- A rating or number question shows its average and how the answers spread.
- A Net Promoter Score question shows the score from −100 to +100, with its **Promoters**, **Passives** and **Detractors**.
- A choice question counts each option. **Read the answers** opens the written answers.

Filter the results by **Answered between**, **Venue**, **Course group**, **Coach** and **Channel**. With a coach picked, each score shows next to the score of all coaches, so a yoga instructor's 4.2 reads against the studio's 4.6. The coaches of an answer are the coaches of the event, course group or coaching session when the customer answered.

---

## Each response [#each-response]

**Responses** lists each answer with the customer, the time, the channel, the event or course group, and the coaches. Open one to read every answer and open the customer. **Export CSV** downloads the responses under the filters you set.

---

## Feedback on events, course groups and customers [#feedback-on-events-course-groups-and-customers]

An event's **Overview** and a course group show a **Feedback** card once someone has answered about them. It has the responses, the customers invited, and the first rating and Net Promoter Score. The survey's name opens its results for that event or course group.

A customer's window has a **Surveys** tab with their answers and the surveys they haven't answered yet. It lists surveys that keep names, so anonymous answers never show there.

People who can't read a survey's results don't see it on these cards and tabs either.
