# Receipts and payment history (/en/consumers/receipts)

Thril emails you a receipt as a PDF after each payment you make on the web or in the app, unless you have turned receipt emails off. All your payments are also listed in **Payment history**, with what you bought, how you paid and any refund.

## Payment history [#payment-history]

- **On the web**, open **My Thril** (on a phone, **Menu**) and choose **Payment history**.
- **In the app**, open the **Profile** tab and choose **Payment history**.

Open a payment to see its items, the total, the payment method, and the company that sold it with its business ID and address. An employer or a benefit provider usually asks for these details. A refund shows on the same payment, with how it was refunded.

## Receipt emails [#receipt-emails]

The receipt email has the receipt attached as a PDF. If you reply to it, your reply goes to the venue.

When you buy something at the venue and staff add the sale to your Thril account, the receipt comes by email as well. A receipt for a paid invoice also comes by email.

You can turn receipt emails off under **Receipts** in your [notification settings](/consumers/notifications). Your payments stay in **Payment history** either way.

## If the receipt email does not arrive [#if-the-receipt-email-does-not-arrive]

1. Look in your spam folder.
2. Check that **Receipts** is on in your [notification settings](/consumers/notifications).
3. Check the email address on your account. If you sign in with Apple and chose to hide your email, the receipt goes to [Apple's relay address](/consumers/change-email#apples-hide-my-email), which forwards it to your inbox.
4. Ask the venue to send the receipt again. Staff can send it to any address you give them.
