Logging your CrossFit results

The Thril app shows your box's workout on the class, logs your result and follows your personal records. You choose who sees each result and can import your history from WODConnect.

You book a CrossFit class like any other class. When the box has published a workout for it, the class shows the workout, and you log your result in the Thril app. Logging and the training diary are in the app only. On the web, you can import your old results from WODConnect.

Seeing the workout

The class page shows the workout under Workout program, part by part, with its movements and how it's scored. Members and session card holders see the box's programming. Others see a class's workout once they've booked it.

Logging a result

Choose Log result on the class. The app goes through the workout one part at a time.

  1. Check the movements. Choose Edit movements if you did something different, or Skip this section for a part you didn't do.
  2. Enter your result for the part, mark each movement RX or Scaled, and add notes if you like.
  3. Finally, pick how it felt, choose Who can see this? and choose Save result.

When you beat your earlier best, Thril marks it as a new personal record.

Your first logged workout adds CrossFit to the app's home screen. Your logged workouts and personal records are there.

To log a workout without a class, choose Log a workout, then Log a box workout for a box's workout of the day, or A workout on your own.

Who sees your results

Who can see this? decides who sees each result: Everyone, My box, Connections or Just me. The class shows everyone's visible results, and other athletes can cheer and comment on yours. You choose how you hear about them under Comments and fist bumps in your notification settings.

Importing from WODConnect

  1. In WODConnect on the web, go to "Settings", then "Profile info", and press "Download all results in Excel format".
  2. On the Thril web app, open My Thril, choose All settings and then Import from another app.
  3. Choose the file and Import to my diary.

The imported results show with your personal records in the app.
