Finding a missing booking
Where to find a booking on Thril, and why a booking can be missing from My activities after you paid or signed up.
Your bookings are in My activities, on the web and in the app. If one is missing there, it is usually on a tab you did not expect, the payment did not finish in time, or you are signed in to another account.
Look in the right list
My activities has a tab for each kind of booking: reservations, events and classes, courses, service bookings, leagues and more. Each tab splits into Upcoming and Past.
Classes, events and courses you signed your child up for show in your own list, with your child's name.
The payment did not finish in time
If your payment finished after Thril's hold on the time ran out, there is no booking, or Thril cancelled it and refunded you in full. See Payment troubleshooting.
You are signed in to another account
A booking belongs to the account you were signed in with when you made it. If you sometimes sign in with Apple or Google and sometimes with an email link, you may have two accounts.
The booking was cancelled or sold
If the venue cancelled your booking, you got a message about it, unless you turned off Cancellations and changes in your notification settings. A reservation or ticket you put up for sale is no longer yours once someone buys it.
You did not get the confirmation email
A missing email does not mean a missing booking. Check My activities first. If you want booking confirmations by email, turn Booking confirmations on in your notification settings.
Still missing
Check Payment history. If you see the payment but no booking and no refund, email support@thril.fi with the venue, the time and the amount.
Payment troubleshooting
What to do when a payment on Thril does not go through or seems stuck, when your time runs out during checkout, or when you were charged but see no booking.
Blocked from booking
Why Thril stops you from booking or joining at a venue, such as a restriction the venue set, an unpaid membership fee, unpaid classes or a booking limit, and how to get it lifted.
