Answering a survey

How to answer a venue's survey from an email, a push notification or a QR code, who sees your answers, and why a survey link says it has closed.

Open the survey from the venue's email, push notification or QR code and answer on the page that opens. You don't need to sign in. A link in an email or a push notification is yours alone and tells the venue who is answering.

Answering

The survey opens on its first page, which says what it is about and whether the venue sees who answered. Answer one page at a time and press Send answers on the last one. Your answers save after each page, so you can close the survey and finish it later from the same link.

The survey opens in your language when the venue has written it in that language. Survey language switches to another one.

At the top, Answering as shows the name the link belongs to. If it isn't you, Not you? opens the survey without that name. When you answer about your child, such as after their course, the page says whom the answers are about.

Some surveys ask you to sign in first, and a survey from a QR code can ask for your email at the end.

Who sees your answers

The survey's first page tells you whether the venue sees who answered. An anonymous survey never shows your name to the venue.

When the venue's time is up, or when you delete your Thril account, your name, email and written answers are removed from your responses. The venue keeps the scores and picked options without your name.

Changing your answers

If the venue allows it, open the same link again and change your answers while the survey is open. Otherwise the page says You've answered this survey.

"This survey has closed"

The survey no longer takes answers. The venue closed it, it got all the answers it asks for, or the link in your email expired. Links in emails work for a limited time that the venue decides. Ask the venue if you still want to give your feedback.
