Products
Memberships, session cards, credits, gift cards, shop products and recurring reservations, and which one fits which job.
Besides single bookings, you can sell memberships, prepaid packages, balances, gift cards, goods and weekly times through Thril. Every product sells in your shop in the app and on the web, and staff can add any product to a customer directly. All of them except recurring reservation products also sell at the POS.
Products combine. A membership can grant credits, credits can buy a session card, and the session card pays for a booking.
Which product fits
| If you want… | Use | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Regulars who pay every month and get member prices | A recurring membership | Predictable income, with benefits, booking rights and door access |
| A summer pass or a ten-class card for customers who come when they can | A session card | Paid up front, used at the customer's pace, limited to what you choose |
| Money up front that the customer spends on anything at the venue | Credits | A balance that works like cash, with a bonus as a built-in discount |
| Something a customer can give to someone else | A gift card | The code belongs to whoever holds it, not to one account |
| Drinks, merchandise, gear rentals or extras sold with a booking | A shop product | Stock, variants and extras offered while customers book |
| A team or company that wants the same time every week | A recurring reservation product | Customers buy the weekly time themselves in the shop |
