Customers
Your customer register in Thril holds every customer's bookings, payments, lifetime value and consent, with child accounts, company customers and bans.
Everyone who books, buys or joins at one of your venues becomes your customer in Thril. Their bookings, payments, credits and memberships add up to one record, shared by every venue of your company. Customer lists, emails, promo codes and workflows pick their audience from this register, and staff look people up in it when they book or sell for them.
Company customers
Businesses you invoice, such as a firm that books a weekly slot for its staff.
Banning customers
Bans by hand, and automatic blocks for no-shows and unpaid sign-ups.
Importing customers
Your customer base from another system or a spreadsheet.
Chat
Conversations with customers, and group chats for your events, courses and leagues.
Participation forms
The questions customers answer when they join a course, buy a membership or a product.
Customer lists
Customers grouped by bookings, purchases, memberships and consent, for emails, announcements, codes and workflows.
The customer record
Customers lists your customers across all venues of your company, or the venue you are in. A customer list filters the table to the people on it.
Search the table by name, email or phone number. The start of a number, such as "040 12", works too. When you pick a customer for a booking or a sale, searching a guardian's email also finds their child.
Opening a customer shows everything they have booked and paid. Staff can adjust credits, refund a payment and start a chat there.
Two checkboxes on the record, Email marketing consent and Receives announcement and marketing emails, decide which of your emails reach the customer. Email permissions explains the difference.
Contact details and language
A customer's name, phone number and billing address belong to their Thril account. When staff edit them, the change shows everywhere the person uses Thril. The customer changes their email address themselves, as Changing your email address explains.
Booking confirmations, receipts and reminders from Thril arrive in the language of the customer's Thril account, which the customer picks in the app.
Adding a customer yourself
Create customer adds someone who signs up in person. If the email you enter already has a Thril account, the customer is linked to it. If not, Thril creates one. Grant welcome offers gives them their welcome offer gifts, also when they never use the app.
Child accounts
Add child gives a customer a child account for someone under 18. The guardian signs the child up for classes and courses and gets the child's emails. The button appears once Allow child accounts is on in the Events and classes settings.
History from your previous system
A customer's Baseline lifetime value, Baseline reservation count and Baseline event count carry over their history from the system you used before. Thril adds them to what the customer books and spends in Thril. A regular with 200 classes behind them still counts as a regular in your customer lists. An import fills them in for everyone at once.
Removing a customer
Delete customer takes the person off your register and leaves their Thril account. If they book or buy from you again, they come back as a customer.
Correcting invoices and credit notes
Unsent invoices can be edited, merged, deleted or moved to Netvisor or Amili, and sent invoices are credited in full or in part. What each change does to the reservations, membership periods and VAT behind them.
Company customers
Company customers are the businesses you book and invoice for in Thril, with e-invoices, email and a CSV import.
