Win company customers

Weekly staff slots, team evenings, company classes and gift cards sell to businesses, with e-invoices for the company and sport benefits for its employees.

Companies spend on their staff: a padel slot every Thursday for the sales team, a simulator evening for a client event, a lunchtime pilates class, gift cards at Christmas. A company books for a whole season and pays by invoice.

Overdue invoice reminders use workflows, a paid add-on. To get them, press I'm interested on the Workflows page in the dashboard, and Thril's sales team contacts you.

The company as a company customer

A company customer is a business you invoice, and your staff book and invoice on its behalf. Add its business ID and, if it takes e-invoices, its E-invoicing details (Finvoice).

Coming from another invoicing system, Import company customers brings the businesses over from a CSV file.

A weekly slot for the season

A firm that plays every Thursday wants one booking and one bill a month. Give the company customer a recurring reservation for the season. At the end of each month, select the month's reservations on the series and Create invoice.

For a one-off team evening, Create reservation on the company customer books the courts or simulators it needs, and the bookings collect on its record.

A class for one company

A Private event is visible to the participants you add. A weekly lunchtime yoga class for one firm's staff runs this way. Turn on employee benefit payments on the event, and each employee pays their own place with their sport benefit. See Classes, events and tournaments.

Employee benefits

Most employers give their staff a sport benefit, such as Epassi or Edenred, and employees look for venues where they can spend it. Turn on Employee benefit eligibility on your resources and Payable with an employee benefit on the memberships, session cards and events you want to sell this way. Employees buy memberships and session cards as customers of their own. See Employee benefits.

Invoices

  • E-invoices. With Finvoice details on the company customer, its invoices carry them for your e-invoicing operator, or go out through Netvisor.
  • Card payment on an invoice. Online payment on invoices puts a payment link on every invoice email and PDF.
  • Late payers. The Overdue invoice reminders workflow template sends two reminders a week apart, then asks staff to call. Staff can also send a reminder from the invoice.

Gift cards for staff

A company that buys twenty gift cards for its staff pays your invoice, and you grant the cards with Paid outside Thril. Each employee spends theirs on courts, classes or shop products. See Gift cards.

Next season's offer

A customer list of the Company customers kind holds every company customer. A marketing email to it in August can offer next season's evening slots before the regulars take them.

Company slots and invoice payments

  • The Invoices page shows what companies pay for their slots, and which invoices are open, overdue or paid. A company that is late every month needs a call more than a reminder.
  • The slots count in utilisation. In Statistics, filter Days of week to the weekdays and read Utilisation rate by hour of day for the evening hours, for this season and the last. Resource ranking: utilisation rate compares each court with the Reference date range.
  • Each company customer's record lists its reservations, Recurring reservations and Invoices. Count the weekly slots there.
  • Gift card sales in Gross sales by source incl. VAT includes the cards you granted as Paid outside Thril.
