Get booked online

Your venue page, Google Business Profile, booking without an account, a welcome offer, customer ratings and campaign tracking turn people who search online into customers who book in Thril.

Someone searches "padel Espoo", "golf simulator near me" or "pilates for beginners". They pick one of the first results, look at the page for a few seconds, and book or move on.

This pays off fastest for a new venue, or one that still takes many bookings by phone.

Campaign tracking is a paid add-on. To get it, press I'm interested on the Campaign tracking page in the dashboard, and Thril's sales team contacts you.

A venue page that sells the first visit

Your Thril venue page is where people decide. Set it up under Branding and Venue details. See Your venue page.

  • Short bio. One or two sentences on what you offer and where. Search engines often show it under your result.
  • Cover image and Photos. Your courts, simulators or studio in use, with people in them.
  • Default tab on venue page. A studio opens on its classes, a court venue on reservations.
  • Show how busy the venue is. Newcomers who would rather come at a quiet hour see when that is.

Google

Most people meet your venue on Google before they see Thril. Claim your Google Business Profile and add your Thril page as its booking link. Write your name, address and phone number the same way everywhere. See Search engine optimisation.

Link to your Thril page from your own website, your Instagram and Facebook bios and your email signature. Every link that leads straight to booking saves a phone call.

Booking without an account

Allow anonymous reservations lets a first-time customer book on the Thril web without creating an account first. They enter their details at checkout, and Thril makes the account for them. See Booking rules.

A reason to book now

A welcome offer gives people a gift for joining your customer register: credits, a session card or a membership. A newcomer sees it on your venue page and at checkout, the moment they decide.

A trial is the other way in. A membership with a free trial and Promote this offer on the venue page shows a card such as "14 days free, then €49/month". See Pricing and trials.

Ratings and reviews

Turn on customer ratings with Let customers rate this venue. Customers who have visited rate you, and your venue page shows the average once enough people have. Ask for Google reviews too. A new customer reads both.

Campaign tracking shows which ads, posts, newsletters and websites brought purchases and free sign-ups in Thril. Tag the links you share with UTM parameters. Organic search and AI assistants show up without tags.

Visits and new customers

In Statistics, section Customers and reach:

  • Venue page traffic shows how many people visited your pages on the Thril web and in the app. Read the trend over months.
  • New customers in the Customers card counts customers whose first reservation fell in the period. A studio reads New attendees in the Events section.

Elsewhere:

  • Joined the customer register on the welcome offer page counts the people who took the joining gift.
  • Campaign tracking shows Campaign sales and Purchases per channel and campaign. Compare organic search before and after your Google work.
  • The Ratings page shows how many more ratings your average needs before it shows on your venue page.
